Cancellations:
You may request a cancellation by contacting us through our Contact Us page. Please note that cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refunds and Returns:
We offer a 180-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, you must contact our Customer Service team within 180 days of receiving your order. Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the request is made within this 180-day window. Please note you will have the return the product in its original condition (including packaging) to our warehouse to be eligible.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must report it to our Customer Service team within 180 days of receipt. After verifying the issue, we will take appropriate action.

Product Discrepancies:
If the product received does not meet your expectations or differs from the description on our site, please notify our Customer Service team within 180 days of receipt. We will review your complaint and make a suitable decision.

Warranty Issues:
For products that come with a manufacturer warranty, any issues should be directed to the manufacturer. For refunds approved by Blissia, processing will take 9-15 days.

Refund Repayment Method:
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If payment was made via credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If payment was made via bank transfer or card, the refund will be transferred to the same bank account.
